Terms, Conditions, Returns & Refunds

It is extremely rare that a client asks for a return / refund. Please rest assured we are ready to assist and accept return / refund requests if make a mistake.

Before placing an order, please read the terms, conditions, advisories & cautions on this page.

Returns are accepted for sales in the United States when requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

Returns or refunds are not accepted in the event of:

1)  Incorrect or unclear shipping / order information provided by the buyer

2) Exposing the watch to water or shock (drops)

3) Failure to read the case / strap sizes before placing an order

4) Customs activities

5) Returning a watch not in the exact same state that it was received in

6) Failing to read any of the cautions or operating instructions which results  damage to the watch

7) Failure to read descriptions, view the images & videos closely before placing an order

8) Broken day/date functions if the watch was videoed with the function working before shipping out the order


Caveats / Cautions / Instructions:

1) Do NOT overwind watches of they will break. A full wind is not necessary, Partial (near-full) windings are best to preserve the watch.

2) Do not adjust day / date functions when the time is between 8pm & 4am. Adjust the day / date at noon (NOT MIDNIGHT or it will break).

3) Timekeeping / accuracy can vary after shipping, depending on climate and usage, and sold as +/- 1 minute/day.

4) All handmade items have some flaws and imperfections as they are not from the factory.

5) The buyer is responsible for customs activities, taxes & delays.

6) Case / strap / lug sizes are approximate and can vary slightly.

7) Shipping times are estimated, and vary depending on pandemics, geographical situations or customs activities.

8) Orders are packed up and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed.

9) Always roll crowns and flip day/dates slowly & gently.

10) All vintage watches, even if designed to be waterproof, are never tested and water / moisture should be avoided at all times.
